As previously posted, I ate an 11oz steak on Saturday night. When I stepped on the scale at the gym this morning, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I lost 1.5 lbs since saturday morning. I've decided that eating steak should be my new diet.
Maybe next time I'll even get the 16oz steak so I can lose a full 2 lbs.
