Richard, the Haitian, got baptized on Saturday!!! It was a beautiful event. Richard was so excited, and of course, so was I! I was surprised at myself...I started crying when Mike started to baptize him. I also cried yesterday in church when he was confirmed. There was an amazing spirit present. I have no doubt that he is going to make an amazing leader and impact many people for good both here and in Haiti. I am honored to call him my friend.I am also very determined to go to Haiti someday soon.
